Returns

Please return items well packaged to prevent damage.

Include your order number with the return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Refunds cover the product price and applicable standard delivery costs. Additional shipping costs are not refundable.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on our jewelry items covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

If your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of noticing the issue.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
