At Luise Zücker, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding shipping, returns, and product safety.
Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Pieces made to order (e.g., rings, headpieces) may take up to 6 weeks.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery address. Estimated delivery: standard shipping within 14 business days. Delivery times may vary.
EU Shipping
We ship to all EU countries. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for details.
Damaged or Lost Items
Contact us immediately at mail@luisezuecker.de for damaged or defective items. For lost packages, reach out to customer service to resolve the issue.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.
Shipping Address Errors
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please verify your details before completing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. This period starts the day you or a nominated third party receive the goods.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and not non-returnable (e.g., custom or perishable goods).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and worn earrings are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Contact mail@luisezuecker.de within 14 days with your order number and item details. We will provide return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval or rejection of the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days. Customers usually cover return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
To exchange, return the original item and place a new order. Refunds will be processed upon receipt.
Refunds for Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
Product Safety & Packaging
We are registered under the Packaging Act (VerpackG) with the LUCID Packaging Register under registration number [DE4621963656668]. We use Der Grüne Punkt to ensure all packaging is properly recycled.
Safety Information
Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. All jewelry is nickel-free, but customers with sensitive skin should consider their individual needs. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Warranty & Liability
We offer a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items for manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Notify us within 14 days if a defect is found; we will assess and provide repair, replacement, or refund.
We are not liable for injuries, damages, or loss resulting from improper use of products. While we use nickel-free materials, allergic reactions cannot be fully guaranteed.
