Política de reembolso
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging and was ordered from our online store and paid in full. Sales items can not be returned.
To start a return, you have to contact us at mail@luisezuecker.de quoting your order number. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses. In accordance to §357 of BGB ((6) The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the trader has informed the consumer of that obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1 (2) sentence 1 (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code.) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We cannot repair or refund damage to any items that exceed 6 months from purchase. Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be repaired. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
