Refund + Withdrawal Policy

At Luise Zücker, we value fair and transparent returns in compliance with applicable EU consumer rights law.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, receives the goods.

You will receive an automatic confirmation once your withdrawal has been submitted.

Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Items should be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, including custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods (e.g., certain jewelry care products or beauty items) and sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed (e.g., earrings that have been worn).

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 14 days at mail@luisezuecker.de.

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the easiest option is to return the original item and place a new order. Refunds for the original item will be processed once the return has been received.
