1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes possession of the goods.

You will receive an automatic confirmation once your withdrawal is submitted.
Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal.
Refund of payments:
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

3. Returns
Please return items well packaged to prevent damage.
Include your order number with the return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
The refund includes the product price and original standard shipping costs, but not additional shipping fees.
4. Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
If your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of noticing the issue.
We will assess the case and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
All jewelry is made from nickel-free materials, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergic reactions. Customers with sensitive skin should consider their individual needs.
