Refund Policy
At Luise Zücker, we value fair and transparent returns in compliance with EU consumer rights law.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at mail@luisezuecker.de or use the withdrawal button in your account (available from 19 June 2026). You will receive an automatic confirmation once your withdrawal is submitted.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. They must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
We will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under EU law: custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods (e.g., certain jewelry care products or beauty items), and hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings that have been worn).
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If a product is defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days at mail@luisezuecker.de. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the easiest method is to return the original item and place a new order. Refunds for the original item will be processed once the return is received.
